Perfitcom is a digital services company whose mission is to carry out the IT projects of its customers. The company helps its customers to seize all the opportunities that new technologies represent. It assists companies and organizations in realizing their vision, from the definition of their IT strategy to the implementation of their IT operations. In order to develop its market share, Perfitcom is looking for a Business Operations Manager.

Your mission: Increase the company's sales

In this capacity, you are in charge of the following activities:

Ø  Elaborate the development strategy of the company's turnover ; 

Ø  Manage the internal structure to meet the client's commercial, financial, legal, administrative and technical expectations ; 

Ø  Analyze our clients' businesses and environment: strategy, challenges, ecosystem, strategic contacts ; 

Ø  Identify the client's business challenges and understand their impact on their information systems (IT infrastructure, application assets, move to cloud, CRM, ITSM ...) ; 

Ø  Deepen and qualify the detected deals with the support of the pre-sales teams and the specialized salesmen.... ; 

Ø  Argue and defend the proposed solution to customers, accompanied by the pre-sales team if necessary, to conclude and sign the deals ; 

Ø  To build the offers given to the customer by taking into account all the commercial, contractual, technical, legal and financial dimensions ; 

Ø Accompany and ensure the follow-up of the customer relationship with a view to satisfaction and loyalty ; 

Ø  Maintain close ties with partners to strengthen the chances of success ; 

Ø Expand account coverage by diversifying our contacts ; 

Ø  Lead and coordinate the business team dedicated to the client and work in project mode with the company's internal actors or with partners.; 

Expected profile :

Ø  With a degree from an engineering or business school, you have at least 6 years of successful sales experience with key accounts, ideally with an integrator or service company (SSII), high-tech manufacturer or software publisher ;

Ø  You have significant experience in complex and high end contracts (negotiation, service contract, long term relationship, relationship with the client's decision makers) ; 

Ø  You master the field of collaboration  

Ø  Interpersonal skills, listening skills, autonomy, involvement, reactivity and strength of proposals will be necessary to succeed in this position ; 

Ø  You master the sales process in all its phases: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation and conclusion. You will carry the business action plan of your clients as well as Perfitcom's discourse on the offers in your field of specialization  

Ø  You are a results-oriented person who knows how to show leadership  

Ø  You are attracted by a high level customer relationship, you are curious and have a developed ability to understand the issues and needs of your client, with a strong spirit of synthesis.  

Ø  A good command of English would be a plus
